đź”§ Repair Policy


1. Customer Data Responsibility

Digital Planet Computers (hereafter "DPC") and its personnel, contractors, or service partners are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access during service. This includes contacts, images, videos, documents, apps, and linked accounts. We strongly encourage customers to back up all personal data before submitting a device for repair.


2. Repair Limitations & Hidden Damage

Some devices may have internal issues not visible at the time of intake. By submitting your device, you acknowledge that repairs carry inherent risks and understand that DPC cannot be held responsible for further complications that may arise during or after service unless otherwise required by law.


3. Diagnostic Services

DPC provides device diagnostics as part of our repair process. If a repair is not completed, a non-refundable diagnostic and service attempt fee of $40 will apply to cover time and resources used.


4. Abandoned Devices

Devices left unpaid or unclaimed 30 calendar days after notification of repair completion may be considered abandoned. DPC reserves the right to recycle, resell, or dispose of abandoned items.


5. Right to Refuse Service

DPC reserves the right to decline or discontinue a repair at any stage for reasons including—but not limited to—safety concerns, unavailability of parts, device condition, or violation of policy terms.


6. Estimated Turnaround Times

Repair timelines vary based on the issue and parts availability. While not guaranteed, most repairs are completed within 3–7 business days.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, DPC’s total liability for any damage, loss, or legal claim related to repair services will be limited to the amount paid for the service on the affected device. This includes but is not limited to incidental damages, legal fees, or related costs.


8. Policy Revisions

DPC may update or amend these policies at any time. Updated versions will be available in-store and on our website.

🛡️ Warranty Policy


1. Service Warranty Terms

All DPC repairs include a 30-day limited warranty, starting on the date of service completion. This warranty covers only the parts replaced and labor provided directly by DPC.


2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Physical damage (e.g., drops or cracks), Water or liquid exposure, Mishandling or neglect, Third-party repairs or tampering Software or unrelated hardware issues Devices with liquid damage history (see below)


3. Liquid Damage Disclaimer

Devices with prior or current liquid damage are not covered under warranty due to the unpredictable nature of corrosion and delayed internal failures.


4. Product Purchase Warranty

-All products are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item remains unopened and the original seal is intact.


-In the case of a defective Product, customers may return or exchange the item

within 3 days of the purchase date, subject to evaluation and approval by our technical team.


5. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:


-Contact us within the 30-day period.

-Provide your original receipt or proof of service.

-Describe the issue clearly for assessment.

📦 Shipping Policy ⚠️ TEMPORARILY NOT AVAILABLE


1. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to repair or warranty service—both inbound and return shipments. DPC does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. Please use insured, trackable methods for all shipments.


2. Warranty Shipping Costs

Even for repairs covered under warranty, customers are responsible for all shipping expenses unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
